We comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), which provides guarantees that cannot be excluded.
1. Manufacturer’s Warranty:

All D'Avinci Security Products come with a manufacturer’s back-to-base warranty.

2. What the Warranty Covers:

Defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
3. What the Warranty Does Not Cover:

Damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, or unauthorised modifications

4. Returns for Change of Mind:

We do not offer refunds for change of mind unless required by law.
5. Faulty Products:

If a product is faulty, contact us immediately with proof of purchase and details of the issue.

We may request photos, serial numbers, or return of the product for inspection.
6. Repair, Replace or Refund:

If the product has a major fault under the ACL, you may choose a replacement or refund.

For minor faults, we will repair or replace at our discretion.

With D'Avinci Mobile APP you have complete total control of all functions of the D'Avinci Alarm systems, Arming & disarming, view reported events, keyless entry via access control, add / delete users, open doors and garage doors, turn lights on & off, open & close shutters.
