Returns, Repairs & Warranty Policy – D'Avinci Alarms Australia

We comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), which provides guarantees that cannot be excluded.

1. Manufacturer’s Warranty:

  • All D'Avinci Security Products come with a manufacturer’s back-to-base warranty.

  • Warranty periods vary by product – see product descriptions for details.

2. What the Warranty Covers:

  • Defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

3. What the Warranty Does Not Cover:

  • Damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, or unauthorised modifications

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Consumable items such as batteries

4. Returns for Change of Mind:

  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind unless required by law.

5. Faulty Products:

  • If a product is faulty, contact us immediately with proof of purchase and details of the issue.

  • We may request photos, serial numbers, or return of the product for inspection.

6. Repair, Replace or Refund:

  • If the product has a major fault under the ACL, you may choose a replacement or refund.

  • For minor faults, we will repair or replace at our discretion.
